A Little Bite Music free foyer concerts on Friday lunchtimes from May to September, presenting a wide range of classical, contemporary and world music. Pop in on your day off, in your lunch break or with pre-school children to enjoy the informal atmosphere and diversity of sounds.

Tours and workshops book a visit for your school or group to explore the building, from the magnificent auditorium and backstage areas to the weird undercroft, where the whole building is balanced on giant springs to absorb the sounds of the city outside. A great fit for schools studying music, materials or sounds.

Family events check our listings for regular family events, including concerts, workshops, tours and drop in activities.

Performance opportunities Bridgewater Introducing invites emerging musicians to perform in our foyers at certain times of year. If your senior ensemble is ready to share their music, get in touch to see when the next dates are available.

Projects every term we run a project for primary schools, with one or two secondary projects each year as well. Most of these opportunities are fully funded and open to schools across Greater Manchester. Take a look at our website to see what’s coming up and register interest.
